  1. Return Policy
    a. All Purchases can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
    b. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, and all items in the package must be intact. Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for all fees incurred, and no refund will be issued. The Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
    c. If item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a pre-paid retum shipping
    label.
    d. To cancel an order, please contact healthbeaufyshop as soon as possible. If
    your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If
    your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have
    received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse.
    e. Exchange:At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, size, or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

2.Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
After receiving your refund request, we will complete the refund process within 5 working days.
If you are using a credit card, the refund will be returned to your credit card account.
If you choose to return the original payment account, the refund will be credited to the original payment account.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
